Mexican Bean Dip

3 cans Pinto Beans
2T Ken’s Chili Seasoning

Heat Pinto Beans, drain and mash. Stir in chili seasoning. For richer dip, add in Sour Cream to taste.

Artichoke Dip

8 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
2T KEN’S Chili Seasoning (or to taste)
1-2C artichoke hearts (canned in water).

Combine Sour Cream, Cream Cheese and KEN’S Chili Seasoning.  Mash in artichoke hearts. (Add a can Mexican style corn for a whole new dip!)
